Barton has been serving as Chief Financial Officer at the company since 2015.

In 2015, Barton joined Partners In Leadership as the company's CFO, bringing to his role extensive leadership experience across multiple industries. Barton's background includes private equity owned businesses, international companies and banking. His many accomplishments as CFO include managing new banking relations, streamlining accounting processes, implementing a budgeting process to reduce costs and support growth in revenue programs.
